An Independent Spinal Care Center

As an independent orthopedic physician and surgeon, Mark R. Grubb, MD has the ability to put patient care first and foremost because we are not encumbered with bureaucracy or the demands of a hospital system.

Our Goal:

Our goal is to provide the best possible health care through education and innovation. We understand this is a difficult time and we pride ourselves in making your experience as pleasurable as possible. We firmly believe that educating the patient is beneficial to ones care. We will take the time to explain and educate you on your condition and options. We are dedicated to making spine surgery less invasive, less traumatic, and more effective by developing and performing a wide range of minimally invasive procedures.

What We Offer:

Our center offers a wide variety of non-operative and operative procedures, as well as many diagnostic procedures, provided by an expert orthopedic spinal surgeon. The majority of Spine problems are best managed by non-operative care, though when all reasonable non-operative care is exhausted, surgery may be warranted. If surgery is indicated, we will provide a balance of compassion, skill, technology and innovation to provide the best care for our patients. We treat most conditions of the spine.

We can assure you the highest level of care with a world class physician specially trained and skilled in minimally invasive surgery and advanced technology.

Minimally invasive spine surgery doctor testimonials

“First and foremost, Dr. Grubb is an extremely skilled surgeon. His surgical skills did wonders for my neck…Dr. Grubb did multi-level ACDF surgery on me in late summer and I have had little to NO return of my neurological symptoms…My healing has been good, especially since I was cleared to begin physical therapy.

He truly does minimally invasive surgery and I was up and back to many routine tasks in days following the procedure. The hardware that he uses in his procedures is state of the art and speaks to his dedication to staying at the forefront of his field.

He was the only spine specialist that I saw that addressed the underlying cause of my problem (kyphosis) and stressed that until that was corrected my problems would only worsen. His choice of hardware geometry corrected that issue and the result was dramatic. I now have normal neck posture and am almost an inch taller than before surgery.

I highly recommend Dr. Grubb to anyone with a spine problem that can only be resolved surgically.”

“Dr. Grubb is absolutely amazing. When other doctors just sent me to physical therapy, without success, he was the one to find the issue. I am so happy to be back to work. He is caring and good hearted. THANK YOU DR GRUBB.”

“My husband was in so much pain. He had seen several doctors but nothing helped. Then he went to Northeast Ohio Spine Center. Dr Grubb was so easy to talk to. He showed us where the problem was, explained the x-rays and laid out his plan for treatment. The staff is also very professional and friendly.

It has been just under one year since his surgery. It was a true success. He is already back outside, working in the yard, going camping, fishing and doing all the things he loves to do. Thank you, Dr Grubb and Staff!!”
